Blog Angel update uno!

Hi there it's me Lieke from Swirling Away Everyday! Today I want to tell a little something about a special undercover project I am working on this month. It is called Blog Angels! Which is totally awesome! In short it means I am to help and guide a certain blogger with growing her blog, reaching more people and getting more attention from other bloggers. I cannot get into any specifics, but my blog Angel is such a darling! Her blog is awesome, very positive, her blog is as bright as sunshine!Having a blog Angel is so much fun! But in the beginning it was a bit difficult, because you have to get to know the blog and the blogger behind the blog. This wasn't as easy  as I had hoped but the past few weeks I am having more interaction with my Angel which is awesome! This really gives me the feeling that I can help her and make a difference!

The main thing I have learned from these past weeks is that you have to be pro-active and consistent. If you do not get the feedback from your Angel you had hoped for, don't give up and just keep on swirling and trying to help your Angel! We all want people to like what we write so just keep on being positive and leave nice comments, or ask a question in your comment so you get some more personal interaction. 

My goals for my blog angel is to help her grow her blog and getting more followers. I started with just leaving nice comments on her blog and trying to grow her confidence in her blogging skills. Even though you write you blog for you it can be quite difficult when you don't get any feedback from other blggers. So by just leaving nice honest comments I hope her confidence and her blog will grow.

The Glitter of Sunshine

Sunshine, don't we all love it? Well I do!!! It makes me feel happy, give me energy, I can wear airy and lovely summer clothes! 

Here are some of my favorite sunshine moments:

And I am gonna add another new favorite Sunshine moment! It is called The Glitter of Sunshine, it is this very cute blog that is always positive! I also love the 30 days of happiness project, it is so awesome! We should all do this and just think of 1/2 things that made us happy per day. For me today that would be the sun! And the run I did this morning!

Current Crush Thursday!

So here is my current crush!

In October me and my boyfriend have a wedding in Istanbul, Turkey and this is the dress I think I want to wear... But first I have to do some research and see what kind of dresses are out there! In September we will also so to Metzingen where there is a huge outlet center where they have Hugo Boss and other awesome brands so first I will check here and if I cannot find anything better than this dress, this is the one! 

I will keep you posted on the search for the perfect dress!

The E is for FUN!

"The hills are alive with the Sound of Music"...... guess where I am going?!!! Sound of Music heaven..... yes that's right I am going to Salzburg!!!! Woohhooo!!! So I hear you think, "Lieke I thought you were going to Vienna?". That's right but Sunday me and my Boyfriend decided to leave 2 days earlier so we can first go to Salzburg, then to Vienna and then to Germany! I am so excited! I am not sure yet if I will do the Sound of Music tour (takes like 4 hours) or just wander the streets and take a picture at every SoM (Sound of Music) highlight..... 

So talking about Sunday, this Sunday I went to the Efteling!!!! It is such an amazing theme park! You can compare it to Disney World/Land but it is much more romantic and a lot of the rides are based on the old traditional fairy tales from the Grimm Brothers. Here are impressions of the day:

So Sunday was a happy day! It was sunny and warm, and we went in to every ride... well I did skip 1 otherwise I would have to throw up.... But all the cool rides we went on!!!!
